please take some of my suggestions from the old official clan wars tab.

Mainly
-allow dangerous to be unlocked by paying 100k. This way people who aren't familiar with clan wars won't get lured as they will be prompted "pay 100k to lose your stuff." You can talk to a guy to disable dangerous clan wars again but u will not be refunded and you will have to pay the 100k again.
-don't allow people to instantly leave dangerous clw if at all. 1minute would be fair (after the battle starts obviously). If you really think luring would be a problem, even tho they just spear you 50x so you can't leave anyway, simply disable this feature if returning is on. And still it clearly says dangerous...
-allow time restrictions on returning. Died? can't return for 1minute! no 2! or 5! etc
-please have a spider hill to New Gate Arena where GDZ and north mossies are the return spots.
-For returning fights, please add an option for making both entry portals neutral.
-For plateau (the one that is totally flat), take the one from rs3 and double it's size. Please don't have viewing orbs as obstacles. The one from the clan cup would be big enough just with no junk on it and no walls on the outside. (Slightly bigger would help too).

Player Councils is a terrible idea. Like a poster mentioned earlier, it's just going to be a popularity contest and will only give advantage to people who are popular streamers. I understand that you guys want to try and bring balance to the Runescape community but this isn't the way to do it.

We don't even need a new skill at this time anyways. Only 8 players are maxed, and fewer than 100 are 50% maxed. The average player has maybe 1 99 (in an easy skill), so where is the demand coming from?
Not everyone lives to max.

That is true but how many people are going to get 99 in this new skill? Or even 80?

If the skill is non afk or slow experience/hour, not many.
