You better have an option to vote 'No' for this new skill, because I will vote no. The rest seems moderately acceptable, except the new land mass: we do not need more empty space, why not fill existing areas?

Also if this new land mass is the 'North' then you should add some sort of snow suit to stop that freezing-to-death effect, also White Walkers. Valar Morghulis.

I'd just say no to the council. We already have polls, I feel like that may circumvent them in some way and be generally bad for OSRS.
