A lotta people are saying to bring free-to-play Runescape back. Someone did bring up a good point. More people would play the game if f2p was added. Not all of those players would stay f2p. Some just need to see the new Runescape 2 (OSRS) servers first and see if they like it. They'll feel more comfortable with it if they don't have to pay for it. Then after they realize they like it (and after they get their stats up) they'll take the next step. People just feel that it's a little much to ask to pay for a game they don't know they'll like. I'm a huge fan of Construction; love the skill. In particular I'm absolutely fascinated with the
Player-Owned House Dungeon.
My dream is for everyone to be able to build their own personal PvM challenge, one that rivals even current content.

Although I agree completely, the most logical counter argument I have seen to f2p is that Jagex worries OSRS will overtake RS3 in popularity.

In my opinion:

Love the idea for new clues for clue scrolls and maybe some more rewards?
Im a huge clue scroller :D

I dont see where we really need a new skill, everyone still seems to be working on restoring their old stats from their original RS accounts onto their OSRS accounts...maybe add the new skill at a later time

Dont really like the idea of bounty hunter, in RS2 it seemed like a great idea and soon after it was released people started complaining about it

Love that you will be adding more achievement diaries and expanding them

DO NOT LIKE, I repeat, DO NOT LIKE the idea of a player council! Let the community as a whole decide in Dev blogs, conversations, threads, and polls rather than have certain "elected" players be messengers to the Mods

All in all, love the fact that the Mods wont be adding anything without the approval of 75% of the Old School community, it keeps too many things from changing too quickly and taking away from the "Old" aspect of Old School RuneScape ;)

most sounds good but a bit iffy on the player council,
I don't Really like that idea.....
I think its more fair the way it is now......other wise the ones that get to be council members, will have it all their way and the Rest of us will get nothing of what we want.
no I don't like that idea at all........


plus I don't want a new skill you are adding to many things to fast, just like they did in rs3 we don't need another skill, we don't want another RS3 Fiasco

I have no problem with a new skill if it is well thought out and not just a rehash of a skill that is in RS3 right now. I think a new skill that is unique to our community will continue to drive us even farther away from what RS3 has become, and define our community as one where the content is player driven instead of Jagex forced.
