I don't have the desire for a new skill. I see it as a burden after getting my skills 50+. I wouldn't want some skill that didn't complement into the other pre-existing skills either. (I.E. Mining with Smithing or Woodcutting with Firemaking) If you can achieve that, then maybe.

I'm looking forward to the Uber quest and the new continent. It'll be fun to earn the honor of wearing my Quest Cape again.

Bounty Hunter isn't something I've ever taken part in. But if the Pking Community wants it, I don't see why not.

I'm definitely looking forward to the Achievement Diaries. I've been dying to have the Explorer's Ring for my farm run routine.

I feel that if the Player Council is implemented fairly and the right people are elected, it will do some good for the community. We'll have to see how it plays out.

Looks like Summer 2014 is going to be quite an impressive one.

I have to agree with those here that are against a new skill being introduced at this time. I think it is too early after Old School's reintroduction to be concerned with that. Of course your polling of a new skill is always welcome and let the community decide.

Polling brings up the idea of a player council. I don't think I've missed anything in the polls since they began. The polls seem to be working fine from where I stand. I don't see much of a reason to circumvent that method of community input. If the input ain't broke, why should we push it aside?

I'm not really enthusiastic about increasing the size of our world to that degree at this time. Most of us are still working the land as it is. It may be prudent realizing this proposal further down the pike.

Let the polling begin,

Player Council is a bad idea. It'll just consist of 'first-page streamers' who aren't the best folks to represent the game in terms of the integrity of gameplay.

Would you say I'm a good player to represent gameplay integrity? :P

Really am disappointed with the council suggestion. Where is the option to even poll if that is an acceptable idea? I know it will be a popularity contest and I know that they will more than likely just grab the streamers. They seem to just love all their stuff and tweet all about everywhere, including spam up the website news with their streams. Disappointed, you hear our opinions on the suggestion forums, maybe if you checked it out more often, compiled a list of ideas and polled them more consistently, instead of thinking that the streamers speak for us. They don't guys.

Everything else is business as usual, nothing but good here! But, we are getting into the favoritism grounds again. Hate to even say it because I have been loving this version now for a while, but if it does come down to this I will just call it off as it doesn't look at us community as a whole. Already getting annoying going to events and the mods focus on just the streamers with noclipping them and making them the focus. Yet, people go there and ask questions and sometimes the mods wont say anything.

Remember when Zezima's quote from Betrayal at Falador was removed from the book in later editions? Clear indication that the player fan base was not happy about favoritism. Don't repeat the process.

This devblog sounds like music in my ears, looking forward to the outcome of it :D !
I like the council idea aswell, hopefully someone mature will take over that role, but I'm positive a good person will be chosen for this, hopefully someone who doesn't just focus on one thing like only skilling or only pking. Hmmm, someone like Alkan but more mature haha
