The Player Council sounds like a terrible idea. It'll be nothing more than a popularity contest and it'll give a few players more power than the rest of the players when it comes to deciding on content updates. Horrible idea!
I dislike the idea of a new skill as well. OSRS should remain OSRS and not turn into RS3, which is what I fear would happen if you began making new skills.
The other updates are fine with me.

Im bored so lets see...
Player council sounds horrible, i dont want certain streamers who are at the duel arena 24/7 irl trading or killing experiments 24/7 representing me as a player...its already bad enough they get invited to jagex hq, dont make it worse please.
Clan wars and Bh were both great in 2008 when there were still 80k+ people on at all times, but now they will spread the already small pvp community even more, just what we need, right?
New clue scroll rewards will hopefully make doing clues worth it again, although an easier solution would be adding f2p so there is an increased demand for god armours and other cosmetic clue items.
New skill...could be okay if there is an actual point to training it past level 50 while not making too overpowered.
Trade solution...im actually okay with the current trading system, if i want to get something quickly i can go to w1 and pay too much, if i want to take my time ill use a certain third party site. Works perfect for me...
The uber quest sounds painful to me but i know many people love questing, i personally cant stand rs questing so the rewards better be worth it if im gonna be doing all other quests to start it...
What i am REALLY missing in this dev blog is F2P. We NEED actual F2P worlds asap, this should be your #1 priority right now. The game is not gaining any "New" players, the new accounts being made are either people making pures/secondary accounts or Bots. playing rs since 1976, 40 year vet cape soon
