Why should we vote in a new minigame when you neglect to address the old ones? Castlewars is constantly being harassed by a few players using alts to sabotage.

This minigame will give people full stats? So just anyone can get the full benefits of maxing with 0 effort?

Ranking system is a bad idea, can probably be abused by alts and clans, especially since everyone is maxed in the minigame.

It's not necessarily a bad idea, but it really doesn't belong in this game. Turn deadman mode into something like this, but this is a waste of time for the main game.

If something like this were to be implemented, I'd much rather players actually use skills to make their own weapons as opposed to just finding them. Also, use THEIR skills, not just get fed max stats on entrance.
Don't forget – RuneScape members get TWO free spins a day instead of the usual one!

Wow, another minigame for clans to troll people with.

Yeah, no. Nobody in their right mind would ever play this minigame unless they had strong friends who will help them win. Which is exactly what will happen. People will enter with their friends for gold and they'll troll opposing players. Look at the state of castlewars for example. Because people can choose their teams, it's legit just a bunch of maxed level people joining the same team not giving the opposing team a chance.

Also, you're just ignoring content we already have in favor of more dead content.

I'm voting no because I'd rather they actually fix current minigames than add more minigames that will have the exact same problems.

The concept sounds amazing and I think it would be a great addition, except for one part: the max stats. It just feels wrong giving everyone stats which take an extremely long time to achieve for free in a minigame. I think it would just feel like a private server.

Perhaps instead of maxed stats everybody starts at 0 with exponential XP rates, kind of similar to deadman mode but much faster.
Or perhaps put level zones into the minigame, similar to pest control with their three tier boats. You could have a high-level zone, med-level, etc. I'm not saying these should be decided by combat level, but perhaps a specific skill, for example level 90 in atleast ranged/magic/strength & attack and defence & hitpoints.

Not saying any of these ideas are great, and they're just what I came up on the spot, but I definitely think the idea of max stats is a bad one.

There are a few VITAL concerns that must be realized if this idea wants to be long term.

1. Teaming will happen, and will destroy this Mini-Game unless extreme measures are taken to restrict it.
-This includes removing chat, and even EMOTES... OSRS players are clever and will find ways to communicate if there are any options. (This Mini-game should be "Silent", which also adds very enjoyable suspense.)
-Names and character models need to be identical to prevent recognition of players.
-Players must be selected for games at random, maybe even from other worlds. (This will prevent large teams flooding waiting rooms hoping to be Que'd together, again... People are clever.)

2. Rewards for this Mini-Game (and all other mini-games) need to be potentially HUGE. The money reward is a great start, and should have tiers (10k / 100k / 1m). (REMOVE THE TICKETS)

More rewards need to be available based on rating, games completed, people killed, or perhaps Mini-Game currency (like NMZ points) that are awarded based on these above factors. (higher tier games (1m) should have more reward than 10k)
MOST IMPORTANTLY, whatever the reward system is, the rewards need to be not only Cosmetic, but PERISHABLE (armor/weapons that degrade, purchasing experience, or strait up armor / weapons / items that are tradeable!)
(NOTE Bounty Hunter - Emblems - LONGEVITY / SUCCESS)

Offering only Cosmetic / Titles as rewards (other than money) will only capture the desires of a small portion of the majority of players, resulting in eventual dead content.

Offer rewards to the top 5-10 players based on performance (1st, 2nd, 3rd should probably receive far greater rewards, but even average players that place 4th-10th should receive small rewards ( benefits of mini-game currency ) to give hope and eventual share of large rewards with persistence. This will allow the game to cater to a HUGE portion of the player base. -NOTE Dungeoneering - Sucess

You know what will be really cool? If everyone starts equally spaced in a huge circle just like in hunger games. Then scattered around are a few helpful items like a rune scimitar , a stamina potion, a magic short bow with iron arrows (So 7 unique items distributed near the starting arena that will help those fortunate enough to claim them and escape) Then positioned in the center of the circle is 3 tablet shaped items called "cast barrage". This basically does what it says, so you can cast the barrage spell 3 times, which will be handy when escaping or hunting. Of course the risk comes with it! potentially 24 other people knowing you got it and attempting to hunt you down. With the starting area being multi, deciding to play safe and just run away or go for a risk and grab yourself a cheeky item could mean the difference between winning or loosing. It also adds a lot of thrill and starts the battle with a bang! Hey
