2 suggestions:
1) Instead of reducing bank items lost from death from 28 to 10, what about make that depending on combat levels between the killer and the victim. If the killer is much stronger than the player who died, he or she will lose only a few bank items, but if a weak pker killed a strong player, he or she would lose far more bank items.
This will encourage killing players at your own level for more rewards.
2) Adding an option to be untouchable by pkers for like 30 mins once per week. This could be done by operating a god item, for instance a vestment equipment piece, and get protection directly from the chosen god, which is visible to other players. You can not attack other players yourself while this buff is active.
This could give solo players a chance to finish key quests like Monkey Madness and Desert Treasures without being wiped out by waiting clans, or aquiring defenders from Warriors Guild.
