I think this idea for GE would be amazing.
Instead of it being a guarded zone make it a pking zone (maybe multi)?
This would make it more dangerous to sell items, people would have to run from varrock bank to GE to sell items, there would be people camping there for those loots.

thats awful idea, prices, buying and selling items would be controlled by clans and riddled with rushers.

The Issue
A big issue in DMM is that people get their ancient magics way to early on the game mode. Everyone knows that Ice Barrage is the best spell in the game mode right now. Pkers/Clans will just abuse this and kill any regular player they want to. The regular player is just helpless and can hardly escape. This will also causes the player to quit early on cause the death was just way to hard for a new rebuild for some players.

What I Think Should Change
1. Desert Treasure requirements should be higher for example 90 Thieving & 90 Firemaking.
This will slow down people for using the best spells in the game.

2. Remove the nature rune chest in Ardougne & remove the nature runes from all shops.
I have seen many bots thieving nature runes in Ardougne. To many nature runes will come in the game. Players will get 94 magic way to early on and abuse 'Teleblockbarrages'. Let the players risk their account and actually craft nature runes instead of just buying or thieving them in safe zones.

3. Another option is to make magic not a protected skill.
Less people with good spells.

just something i thought of, fully support all changes, however, with the idea of this, make a 'teleblock tablet' which requires 85 magic to break, and a certain cost to break aswell, with a teleport time of 3 seconds for those unskulled in danger zones :) Miss Chivas

To show where fog is in game, can Jagex add something on the ground like a line or dots and arrows showing which way to go to be safe?

I haven't played Deadman mode but I noticed on Youtube videos players were confused on which way to go to get out of the fog and be safe, and some ended up going the wrong way and dying instead of toward where the fog was not.

As a spectator, it would be a lot more interesting to see players fighting each other and not being killed by the fog because of going the wrong way.

Maybe even add a teleport for if people are confused that will send them to the area where the fog is not?

i think your getting the death mechanics better but still 10 of the most valuable is rough,this kinda still makes range/magic almost useless/having a coin stack is kinda out of question as well

make it where it takes 20% of the 10 most valuable stacks or if you have single items that are worth more then stacks it will only take 4 of the single items max and then take from the stacks but if no stacks are there or doesnt equal ten losses to be taken then it takes the items after taking a percentage of what stacks you have.
