Those first three are legitimately terrible - Artisan isn't a skill at all, and Astrology/Forestry just don't seem to fit with any version of Runescape at all, as the training methods are weak, and simply don't really offer much.
At first glance, Geomancy (Call it what is is - Archaeology) seems generally best designed, though Herding (Also call it what it is - Ranching) has the most potential for skill tie-ins and expansion in the future. Either one of those may well work, if rewards are balanced.
I can see Geomancy working well as a side-product to Mining/Smithing, by developing trinkets to wear (Rings, Amulets, ect) and imbuing things, while Herding working as a nice production skill to help with Crafting, Farming, Fletching, and Firemaking.
