the host will be only one that can refuse a boss access to the dream, AND the host's quest points will be only thing to determine the cost for the boss elimination (half price if HOST has maxed quest points)
(and who says that hosts are bots?)

No dear, it's not wrong that this will diminish the use of bots in NMZ. And if you don't think most of the hosts there are bots, I have a bridge that may interest you...only used once.

If you want to increase interest in Castle Wars, some actual rewards would be nice. It's a fun game, but I don't think the only reward from 20 minute games should be cosmetic stuff. Give me a reason, not more useless tickets.
