I am Stoking for this new cape I did not like jad 2 at all because of the 3 bis capes. But this inferno looks pretty mean. I would really like to see it get pushed early as possible. I have been waiting for new capes for a while now and this update looks pretty dope. I didnt look like jad 2 that much because it just looked like they half assed it but this is amazing

its not even oldschool at this point anymore. They have came out with more new weapons in oldschool than in the original rs2 did in 8 years. This aggressive progression of new bis items is going to put the oldschool team in a corner once again and they will have to make another stupid mistake like the release of eoc. The new dragon warhammer is just as OP as the statius warhammer was. They are just recycling pre-eoc content. The dragon warhammer maxes 75 without overloads or slayer helm. Its basically a 60 attack ags. They need to realize that are killing oldschool with every update.

Tired of all these rs3 knock off updates like glaycyte boots/vine whip/polypore the game gets more like rs3 everyday and that zeah update was terrible im pretty sure most people would agree it lacked content it was mostly just a big space of empty crap no content and no offence but you guys need to get your **** in order and stop turning this into eoc .......

Now that you mention it, they are actually ruining the game at a faster pace then they did last time LOL. They should change the title to Rs2 at this point, I don't consider this oldschool at this point.

Gf anyone who owns an ags, that item is going to crash like a rock.

How can they not see that they are making these terrible mistakes? Didn't they have 15 years of past experiences to look back upon?

What about possibly implementing the ability to change the color of the cape?

Red while using melee styles
Green for range styles
and Blue for magic styles? possibly 3 new capes instead of 1?
or just the ability to change the colors? I love the design but would love it much more being able to change the color to my liking or attack style

With that being said, the original idea of adding this was stated to be a best in slot cape overall for all 3 styles.

With that being said, the original idea of adding this was stated to be a best in slot cape overall for all 3 styles.

I stated a similar solution, just with the fire cape color kits not having increased stats.

The people that actually want a new firecape just want a new look. No one is even asking for a new bis cape.

Solution:

When completing this new cave you should have the option to pick from several color kits to change the look of your fire cape. This would keep both the veteran players and pre-eoc/rs3 players happy.

There is no need for any more bis in this game
