It seems fair that the xp/h rate has changed to 38k/h for blood runes and 45k/h for soul runes.

I really hope it passes, because it sounds exiting. RS3/OSRS acc: Valcyra

seriosuly wtf is this i like the idea of a new essence needed jsut to craft bloods but u have to imbue it then makign it untradeable to then go to blood altar and craft this is seriously crap

I'm not 100% sure but I think I remember they said theres going to be a new RuneCrafting Altar going to one of the 5 familys.. so if this is true that means those who decide to take that familys side will be getting easier RuneCrafting hopefully anyays so the point in ZMI might be pointless at this time guys

How will imbue essence to dark essence work with RC pouches? Or can't u use pouches for bloods and soul runes?
