Forget about max cape at the moment guy's.. nobody really cares about that it's the effects we care about...

start thinking of effects ;) the 2 main ones I want is attack = ardy attack bonus and strength = +4 strength bonus since it's earned for max hits and accuracy. Or.. give them little lower than each so Attack Cape could be +10 Attack bonus on all melee accuracy (crush, stab and slash) while Strength is +3 Strength bonus. ;) ? Anyone agree? :D

Your only argument against these possible changes to max cape is that it will have too many right click options. So to combat too many right click options, you would rather max players get a cape that is utterly useless. You do understand that the ring of life ability is detrimental in every scenario? In what imaginary world is 105 att/str/def any good when you can use potions to 118?

Think of it like this... We don't care about too many right click options.

But the str and att effects are only 100str/att teleporting to a guild they're unlikly to use. if anything give Max Cape effects of super sets 24/7 then, I just think giving them so many options at once is crazy.. they'd never even use their skillcapes in that case.. might aswell drop them? Not sure thats what Jagex were aiming for.. it's to give capes more meaning a maxed player could seriously go anywhere without issues.. "Oh, forgot light source.. lucky my max capes counted as a firemaking cape too" ..wheres the challenge for them? you're making them have to many advantages at once.. it's just silly..

Some suggestions:
Herblore cape: 5% chance of keeping primary ingredient to potion when made.
Hunter: automatically provides bonus of smoked traps (or gives same type of bonus as the outfits but globally (e.g. larupia set)
Woodcutting: less chance of chopping the tree down when you obtain a log
Cooking: prevent from burning anything except dark crabs
Smithing: small chance of retaining primary ore, or requiring less coal for mith, addy, rune (1 or 2 less?)

I also think a guild overhaul would be great! There are already some guilds, but not for all skills, and not all are very useful. Even for skills that you wouldn't think a guild would be useful for, it would at least be a place for people to hang out/train together (not xp boosts for group training, but a good/social training area at least). The tough part would be figuring out where to put them...

Do you mean a Max Guild? I like that to be quite honest :D
