Smoke Devils: If they are going to have a good drop like a dragon plate, maybe you could go ahead and put them in the wilderness cave below the pirate's hideout. That cave is useless at the moment and serves no real purpose.
Pirate's Hideout: Give those pirates a chance to drop the "parrot on shoulder" and peg leg (Captain Bentley) as well as a red overcoat (worn by zamorak rangers)
Demonic Ruins: Buff the drop tables of the greater demons there
Bone Yard: Spawn baby dragon bones instead of big bones?
Mammoth: Better drops
Dark Warrior Fortress: Increased rune spawns
Fountain of Rune: Add maybe half xp?
Axe Hut (north of resource area): Be able to enter without a lock pick and give them better drops
Rune Rocks at frozen waste plateau: Make it multicombat. I can't attack anyone here because ice warriors interrupt combat
Dark Wizards in low wild on left side of map: Better rune drops
Green Dragons: The deeper level wild you are in when you kill them (to make the ones in like 30+ wild useful) the more generous the drops they will have
KBD: I'm all for making this area wilderness and dramatically increase visage drop rate
Lava Maze: Change earth staff to earth battle and steel plate to mith plate spawn.
Ghosts: Chance to drop invisibility cloak. Makes most monsters un-aggressive.
Rocks beside pirate hideout: More mithril and addy here
Chaos Dwarves (in wild only): Drop chaos key and better drops. When used on muddy chest you get a lot better loot.
Sapphire Spawn near rune rocks: Change to diamond spawn
Ice giants/warriors: Do something better for them
Moss giants near chaos rune spawns: More chance of high level herb/tree seeds
Hobgoblin mine: a LOT more addy ore
Abyss: Remove scorpions and skellies near it so you don't get pjed
Graveyard: Add a gravedigger or something. Maybe use shovels on tombstones to spawn an extra strong zombie with better drops.
Bandit Camp: Sells supplies to make pineapple pizzas and note them
