I gave up trying to give feedback on these forums long ago, but this will be my rare exception. Why are you so insistent on shoving a new skill down our throats? You tried so desperately hard with artisan, and now you're trying again with Sailing (such a stupid idea it's always been an april fools joke - that should tell you enough).
Just stop trying already, there are certain things that are so fundamentally un-old school that they shouldn't be considered (in the interest of game integrity) and a new skill is one of them. Doesn't matter how "good" you try to make it - just respect the fact that this game is supposed to be primarily based on a nostalgic experience and stop trying to make it like the main game with stupid updates like this.
And as an aside (somewhat), there are many things that need to be fixed with the current game (broken/unused/dead content, as an example). You should be putting all your efforts into improving and revitalizing current content rather than just pump out even more half baked ideas like 70% of the updates you've released since the server came out.
