Waste of time what a load of horse .... worst case senero this comes in game it would be a million times better as a mini game your forcing people to do the skill for the better rewards this will be getting a no vote from me and alot of people i have spoke to have also said the same you can get this skill out in a few months why waste time on that when we want new quests and more for slayer ect i think you need to start listening to the community a little more and your kind forcing it on us with the prayers no vote from me for as long as you come up with stupid ideas like this goodnight and god bless

It's been on poll suggestions for ages.. and it's actually a skill if you think on it.. this isn't anything like a mini game lol

I feel like Jagex should require people to take a quiz on what they've released about Sailing before being allowed to vote on it...

Mostly kidding, but the amount of kneejerk/misinformed commenting is kind of amazing. Big releases like this are going to have a lot of trouble passing a 75% poll if a good portion of the community won't even bother considering the possibilities.

If done right
this could be an amazingly fun update to the game. If we shoot it down right away it could've been a big opportunity lost. It's a new idea and scary I know people are scared of changes...it's normal.

We need more time than early next year though so we can actually make this an update we can enjoy for a long time. The only two obstacles I see here is time, and people willing to accept change. Give it a chance!
