exactly. Sailing has always just been a joke / meme. I want to keep it this way.

because it's always been a joke. Prime example was when they added Sailing as a (though MUCH simplified) joke on April 1st of 2014.

First off, thank you for at least giving us the option of a poll to see if we want this or not. Secondly, I don't think any major updates such as Sailing should be added to Old School Runescape if it hasn't even been in RS3 yet. Not to mention, Mod Ronan said that Dungeoneering can't be added because of the content team's "size." If the size is big enough to create a skill as vast as Sailing, tons of people are going to want to have Dungeoneering come back into play. This will just spiral and spiral and go into RS3 again. Just my constructive criticism though.

Edit: Rather than creating a new skill, why not try to rejuvenate Fishing Trawler?
