The notion that this robust game is suddenly unplayable because a month of updates doesn't cater to a certain center of players' sensibilities is ridiculous. I almost never PVP. I've actually been thinking of trying some more out lately but either way guess what? I'd keep paying and keep playing even if this game wasn't updated, never mind updated as often as it is.

Even if Cerberus, The Sire, Boss Slayer, Jad Pet and tasks weren't on their way this summer, I would still pay and I would still play. The game is great as it is and it was great long before '2007' or any other time stamp someone would throw out as the glorious 'good ole days.'

If you don't think Runescape is fun as it is, if you think it is incomplete or broken somehow, why are you here? I wonder...How can something that is constantly changing and being added to ever be 'complete' or 'incomplete?' I'll try not to digress with da philosophy..

We're getting things that the majority of us very much want, fairly soon. But not soon enough, right? When do we want it? NAO!

Are we so bored and petulant? I have a solution. Go outside for a while. Get some sun and fresh air. This is just a game. I think the people telling others they shouldn't bother playing, shouldn't bother playing.

No sir, random goody-goody above me. Did you even read the pages of replies? We are paying customers and we are more than encouraged to give our opinions on updates. They want that. I played this game pretty much since release, so yeah I'm getting a little bored of our current content. Especially when half of it is dead.

This months updates are awfully terrible and we are letting them know this. How about you climb down off your high horse and go find something else to do than wrongfully defend these crap updates? Kthx

This month is the heart of summer jagex how about you deliver some actual content? How much time could jad pet take to model? Ghost could do it in an hour, there is no excuse.

So, realistically, is anything ever going to be done about the ddosing on pvp worlds? Or should we just prepare to deal with this for the rest of old school runescapes life span? Also, incredibly unprofessional to NEVER update us on the situation and how you're handling it. 0/5 stars so far for service.

This is looking like a pretty good update, Im not really much of a PvP'er though I would probably go on the servers just to test my own skills.

When it comes to the duel arena update, I am not really a fan of the new icons, they don't fit with the rest of the oldschool look - you should look into getting those fixed so they would fit better to the interface.

Sigh.... Yes i am waiting for the slayer updates BUT if anyone who actually pays attention to things they would of seen that the slayer bosses are set to be released later on, even in a couple months possibly.
So many people crying about things WaaWaaaah were is my content that caters to just me, because thats the only way people enjoy playing >****;
If you are going to take the time to cry about things on the forum people atleast know your info about what you are crying about, you cant expect them to of just made a full slayer update soooooo soon after it was just in dev blogs and still getting idea tweaked. Just wait its not like you cant go grind that RC that you haven't got around to, or something along the lines of that.

No one said they expected the full slayer update sir. We just expected more than this sorry excuse of updates.

Ghost said in the Q&A last Thursday that he could probably make Jad pet in 2 hours. Then Ash went on to say that it would probably be ingame by the end of the month. Not sure why jad pet isn't listed here then. Either way, jad pet alone blows these 2 craps updates out of the water.
