It's exactly like the shield pricing, reducing every time you get Ilfeen to recharge something. So if you've had your shields or bows recharged a few times already, you'll already qualify for cheap halberd recharging.

Our GE webpages are nearly ready. Hopefully we'll get them in the coming weeks.
An in-game world map would involve game engine changes. There are currently more pressing things we need from that team.
