Everything looks really good but I do have a few recommendations (some of which are probably already mentioned). The slayer bosses should require a higher level to do, especially the abby boss. 90 at least in my opinion.
Also, for the cerberus boots, why not instead of dragon boots do bandos boots to make them actually worth something. Dragon boots would still be good for players that couldn't afford the bandos + collar combination but also put bandos boots on the map and desirable for those that get it as a drop at GWS.
Furthermore, does the abyssal dagger have a special attack of some sort? I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned in the post. It seems like an intriguing weapon nonetheless. I imagine it as the almighty dragon daggers successor (but it cant be too OP of course).
Edit: I agree with a few of my fellow posters that the slayer cave is becoming a bit much, in all honesty, it should only contain a few bosses if anything. Slayer used to have me looking up where I had to go to find the monster then come up with a plan on how to get there. Now it's just me going to the Gnome Stronghold (Bad location for the cave in the first place) and going into that cave which kills the exploration part of the skill. Please consider polling an option to nerf the cave.
Lastly, I like combat and boss updates as much as the next guy, but I think that after this is all worked out it is time to show other content some love.
