Are you saying just because they change the website you think this will lead straight to the point where they'll introduce Torva? seriously? lol
well I don't know when you started playing rs... but what i know about jagex is each update leads to another... yes i say eventually if this polls we will see dragon claws, nex, torva and graphic updates... they allready speaking about "alternate mode " which will change the game's outlook but its optional so thats fine. but changing a website is not. the first thing i saw when i first started playing rs2 was this website. and each time i see it reminds me of the old times. if they change this nostalgia , who says they wont change the other parts.
I started playing in 2006, I want dragon claws, but it will probably take the community a long time to come around. As for the other things, as long as the community is against it like it is now then we'll probably never see them, remember that stuff only gets into the game after 75% of people want it, and the old feel sorta wears off after a while...

My thoughts
I think that the mobile site looks great and is a fantastic idea - no complaints there.
I'm sort of torn, though, on the initial webpage design. I really like the "News & Updates" section and that you guys will maintain the image above that section. What I don't like, however, is that action-bar at the top of the screen (containing Membership, HiScores, ..., Play Now). While I get that this is a variation of Runescape 3, I feel that does not distinguish itself enough from Runescape 3.
I don't have any further suggestions, but I will note that I am perfectly satisfied with the current website.
