Hi, please consider making the kandarin bolt reward not apply in PvP. The PvP and skilling community's don't intermingle much at all, that's why the effect required the helm in the first place. But if it applies in only PvM then everybody is happy. There's already a long list of requirements already to knock out to get a good PK build ya know. This is coming from someone with the hard diary completed by the way there's no bias here.
