"You can now catch fish with a full inventory if one inventory space would become available from the bait consumed."

I tested this and there's a couple problems.

1) Suppose your inventory is full with roe/caviar and a stack of offcuts or feathers. If you try to fish any more you aren't allowed because the game is still trying to use your feathers/offcuts as bait. Perhaps you could fix this by making it so if the inventory is full, roe/caviar has the highest bait priority.

2) It appears that the game still prioritizes feathers over offcuts as bait when you have both in your inventory. The last poll was supposed to change this. Is this a bug or has the change not been made yet?

This makes no sense what so ever. You know what has no risk at all? ZULRAH........
It's stupid having the cave kraken being more risky than killing one of the supposed hardest bosses in the game. Either nerf Zulrah or allow us to collect items on death at kraken.
