I'm not aware of RS3's plans in that regard. Just throwing out ideas for a moment, maybe a Jagex-side quickhop would be able to shift your login session between worlds without needing to go through the login servers' usual verification checks, so it might be easier for the system to handle. But now I'm just speculating, so don't assume I know what I'm talking about :)

It's in the cave with the other smaller kraken, in the southern wall.
You still need to be on assignment.

By the main game I just meant OSRS and not osbuddy, not RS3... let me get the quote

I get that, but isn't the 25k fee meant to cover the benefit of a private kraken? Also, dropping them outside hardly makes a difference from putting them inside the cave, there is still basically no risk.
