When can we expect the kandarin helm to be fixed it still doesnt give a 10% increased chance of enchanted bolts specing and the taskmaster doesnt list that reward either is this just being swept under the rug?

RuneScape used to have a limit on world-hopping whereby you were required to wait at least 30 seconds between worlds. While the engine team has been able to eliminate the need for that, it may not be possible to let you keep hopping as fast as you might wish. Remember, they didn't install the cap on a random whim to annoy you, they installed it because the login system was being spammed beyond what it could take. If it's ever okay to let you hop around without limits, I'm sure they'll take the cap back out again. This is a very big problem tbh .. makes multi pking very boring. since there's not much pkers these days its hard for anyone to find someone to pk. there's like what 50+ worlds and with this login limit its hard for clans to hop around and find other clans. do you know when will this be fixed?

Okay thanks for the reply, i really do hope you can remove this cap because it is really killing our pking when we are trying to hop around worlds and find people.
