will you guys be polling to see if off line trading is going to be part of it or not. we voted not to have off line trading and while I actually want it in the ge, I think that it should be polled.
frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

When G.E. come than i dont see diference between OS and RS3
Really? How about completely re-made armor, totally different game mechanics, overall layout, ENTIRE combat system, overpowered weapons (chaotic, dclaws, gano(pre-eoc), etc.)
PS. Grand Exchange came out IN 2007!!

I just returned to RS and due to my lag with RS graphic changes couldn't play so I came to Old School RS and was happily surprised! It's different from how I remember in a much better way! The biggest thing I liked being new and needing to make money was the trading post, but now that's going to change
I really love the idea of having the items for sale
only
when the person is online, it keeps the pricing competition active I think. Plus, it was nice to actually meet people, even if was only briefly because it had a feeling of personal exchange. I know that a lot of work has gone into the upcoming GE but I'm worried it's going to ruin some game aspects.
Personally, I loved the GE when it first game out, the
very first
time, because it was easier to do trading that way rather than having to stand around screaming what you're selling and buying, because it's no fun doing it or reading it, was just a frustrating mess and didn't feel like a friendly exchange because you had to keep pushing your wares.
But with the trading post that's now offered it took care of the screaming of buying/selling spam that used to happen before the GE, but yet wasn't the full GE where it takes away the personal interaction and lowered the price of some goods below what they were worth due to the bots selling and skyrocketed prices of other items. So I thought the trading post was a great compromise in the game because people could post what they're selling
only
while they're online and without it feeling like a fight to get your message across or the huge price changes of the GE.
I know I'm griping a bit, but I really love the trading post the way it is, or rather was once the GE comes out. Plus I'm worried this will start things like wanting to add lodestones. I hate walking everywhere but would rather do that than have lodestones because there's no economy for teleport tabs (which I currently buy due to no magic), or use of magic teleport spells in general.

I doubt very much Lodestones would come to OSRS :/ Makes game way to easy. Unless there's like a recharge option on them & the community votes for them of course.
On a completely different topic, Looks like this is going to be a great month for OSRS
. Big kudos to Mod Ash for working so hard on the GE to have it ready hopefully this month, I expected it to be March. Dragon Defender will finally motivate me to get all the defenders, and perma F2P is always a good thing
Achievement diaries will be a great thing to occupy our time with.
All in all, amazingly good month
. 10/10.

Am I the only that would love Summoning, HD Graphics, Dragon Claws? If there was an HD graphics poll I would create as many accounts needed for the poll to pass. And Mod Ronan even though I love you and your hair everyone knows it's bs how you guys "lost" your HD graphics archive. That update took a year to make you don't just lose it. I bet you guys have like 5 backups AT LEAST.
