OSRS only membership option

£3.20 a month

I would definitely support this. As of now, that would be extremely unlikely; however, splitting osrs and rs3 could be a viable option eventually.

As for possible anti-botting strategies, quest points look like a good idea. Yews and lobster fishing spots could be disabled on f2p worlds entirely could also work.

that's plain ********. f2p is considered a demo by many as is, thats without making the highest f2p obtainable resources level 30-40. -_- you clearly have no idea what you talk about. many people wont pay extra for an osrs membership btw, if you want to pay less for an osrs membership, fine. but not gonna happen.

If they can get a hold on the botting issues with f2p they're considering opening up lobsters and yew trees for free players.

dont you think part of the botting problem is that they only get 2 weeks? thus why many people bot 24/7 for 2 weeks long, trade the money and move to the next. making f2p forever would lower the number of bots for a start. next i dont want to hear about taking away yews and lobsters. no way. not happening. over my dead body. if you could fit in a questline about fishing and woodcutting that requires you to do some quests (waste time) in order to gain acces to them, ok. itd be annoying but better than removing them all together. people play 07 because it feels like runescape before the big ****ups. dont start meddling with it now!

Quests were considered as a possible threshold before unlocking trading in such, so what you are talking about is quite possible.

Many bots all around the world get no ban at all or if they get - only after long time played in game, meaning damage done to game is huge.
I am against GE and Bonds, membership price increased like +50%. Many stupid updates will come later and will ruin OSRS completely.
I have a feeling that I am being forced to leave this game...

F2p- Free to Play

We have to pay to play the "free" (original/highly restricted) version of the game. Additionally, yews can't be chopped and other similar cases are excluded.

Newcomers have to pay to play the "free" game, and when they see how unrestricted P2p is they will (granted they enjoy the f2p version) want to pay for P2p.

This aint about losing players it's all about the money. It always has been.

All you do is take take take and rarely give.

Your customer support still hasn't responded to my email

They need to limit how many bonds people can buy a month, otherwise people will just mass buy them and sell them ingame for easy gold. Id say 2 a month, so at least you can use your game cash to get a months worth of membership from bonds every month.
