but after when osrs's creation date was, and this is a very slippery slope, what thing from rs3 will people want next? dragon claws? elf city? summoning? WHATS THE POINT WHEN YOU CAN DO ALL THAT ON RS3
can mod ash tell me why they're just making this game into the exact same game as rs3? whats the point?
The only difference this time is Jagex is asking US, THE PLAYERS, what we would like to see. Sure they can ASK us if WE, THE PLAYERS, would want the Grand Exchange to be added to Oldschool Runescape. If not it's not coming.
For example they can also ask us for the Korasi Sword to be added to the game but hey who wants that.
They won't keep a useful update like the Grand Exchange because some lvl 80 players who barely play the game DON'T WANT IT BECAUSE RS3 HAS IT TOO! Sure I wasn't a fan of the Grand Exchange when Oldschool Runescape was released for just a few months, but the game evolves. And WE, THE COMMUNITY, decide what comes to Oldschool Runescape and what doesn't.
Think about this: If Jagex wouldn't have done any updates in the Oldschool Runescape server, how many of us would still be playing the game? Would it have lasted the first year?
Think what the majority of players would want to see in the game, don't be too selfish

This would be a sad day for the people who actually PLAY the game and have fun with it. Imagine you ran out of brews when doing Godwars Dungeon, so you go to the GE to buy some but some rich merchanter, who is at that time sleeping, is buying out all the brews.
Sure they can merchant, but only when they are online. My opninion

GE is OK but deploy its area somewhere else(maybe in Prifddinas
