It is so frustrating at the moment when you have items for sale and you have to leave off what youre doing to tele to v west or wherever just to trade. G.E would be so much better. I started playing in 2006 and i loved G.E. The ruination of runescape was not G.E it was squeel of fortune. Paying for xp and eoc, this will never happen on os because rs mods are WITH the community.

For the unnoting NPC can we have it where only Ultimate iron men can use them so other normal plays cant abuse it for pking/pvm/training purposed.

Would the cyclopes would have a higher cb lvl and hit harder and more accurately? Also could the drop rate be made rarer for the dragon defender? It shouldn't be like RS3 where I got 5 D defenders with 100 tokens.

I can guarantee one thing that will come of this poll...

Veterans that have been with Jagex since the very beginning will, yet again, feel betrayed by the very people they have been supporting all these long years.

Many left when RS3 (pre-eoc) started and came back once Old School came out, but now are faced with the same betrayals they got shoved at them 7 years ago with the release of the GE and many follow-up updates that destroyed all their long hours of committed gameplay.

Please Jagex, I emplore you...
Stop what you are doing and think about the future correctly.

Although I know you won't, so here is my prediction for what comes next:

In under 2 years, you will have a product that hardly anyone plays, a community that has collapsed, and a business that is on it's way to being unremarkable compared to all other trash games.

And worst of all, you will have done it to yourselves.

I promise you will lose at least a third of your customers yet again once you force the GE on us.

Is that what you want?

Do you want your longest standing customers to walk away again?

If you do, release the GE.

The Grand Exchange is a slippery slope!!! -- Vote NO.


I was a player when the original G.E. was released and experienced a troubling microcasm of real world finance. The G.E. brought inflation in a short amount of time from groups of traders buying items completely out and reselling them for higher prices.

The current trading post suffices for any real trades that players are searching for. The G.E. destroyed the economy of rs and it should not happen again. Be smart here people.. the G.E. is what pushed prices for all items skyhigh and this should be avoided!!!

i want grand exchange but nothing more! i mean grand exchange doesnt mean we are eoc. we need something steady to make our money. who wants to stand around a bank all day and have to meet people. hop worlds... conflict over saving 1 gp... grand exchange is a wonderful thing all day long! weather your getting quest supplys or gear. the ease of buying and selling is wonderful.

i hope we get grand exchange! but yes please. dont turn this game into eoc...

Ironman account or not I do not want to ruin the greatness of what is Oldschool Runescape by content that has no business being part of the game. You want the grand exchange go to RS3. OSRS is NOT RS3 and updates should not be added by what one game has and the other does not.

Stick with the trading post because this is original and clever. Please think very hard (as i know you do) before adding something that could be the start of the end of what is truly Runescape
