I warned Jagex about the shop exploit before it was released. Check the main ironman thread before it was released, me and several others pretty much begged for there to be NO oversight in the 'trading scheme' possible (especially at places that sell gems for instance).

And yes I want a medal, and one cooked lobster for my efforts in warning them!


We were simply assured that ironmen could not purchase stuff that another account sold to a shop. This was untrue, and exploited to hell (the method where you top up a shop with another account).

I tried my very best before the update even came out. But I am thrilled that something is being done about it now (a bit late, but oh well).

The Pest Control update was very nice!

I completed the Varrock tree this morning and the full cut scene played, however I haven't received the Santa suit or rares etc. Is there someone specific I need to talk to? Or do I not receive them as I didn't play the os2013 event?

Wondering the same thing myself. I have completed each event (tree, marionettes, and bauble) in their entirety, 5 boxes, 8 boxes and 8 boxes and haven't gotten anything. Thought it was just me and I wasn't talking to the right person but I guess others are having the same problem? Unless we're missing something lol.
