That makes absolutely no sense. They're two different concepts. Go play RS3 if you feel so strongly about the GE.

Mod pi did a poll and It was like a 87% of osrs players only play osrs cause it doesn't have EOC.

explain that pls.

Good to know that a different survey shows that 62% plays OSRS for it's combat system. Next..

IMO these sound pretty bad except for the thing about hiding people with private chat off in the trading post.

a full ge would be the worst thing possible even just part of the ge is bad but i wouldnt say part is nearly as devistating as the whole full version of the ge. The full version of the ge is just the apocalpse.

Support for grand exchange. we have to move forward, in doing so you have realise that grand exchange is for the better of players and the game.
For those of you not wanting grand exchange its safe to say the majority of players want it so its time you stop whining and leave if you must since I am certain grand exchange will influence so many players to join rs07.

Grand exchange was never a problem, it was the very best update runescape has ever had.
Really though you would have to be living in a rock to realise that the developers won't stop forcing some sort of trading post and right now I am really not impressed by the current trading. It ruined the trading screen, when you have offers put in the trading post which now looks like rs3. Evolution of combat- the combat system is what ruined the game for rs3 it was never the grand exchange.
I hope grand exchange gets released for the best.

Why not though? You think the current trading solution is perfect? Grand exchange will the update of the century for runescape 2007 when its released.

I honestly think that a full fledged GE would do more harm than good. Even the developers said that it would make it easier for bots to dump which would EFF up prices.

However, I believe that being able to use the trading post to trade without meeting up would be a great improvement to the game. Sometimes trying to meet up is very inconvenient especially if you don't have the means to get to the desired location . Automatic trading wouldn't be bad either. It would decrease the item scamming that goes on by allowing trades to not be quickly manipulated (or any other way people scam) and would give the player exactly what they desired easily. THIS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN IF THE PLAYER ISN'T ONLINE THOUGH. In that case we would have regular GE which is what we don't want. BUT I think consensus should be made because current trading is too inconvenient.

So to sum it all up, we should have ONLINE automated trading and/or trading in which the players don't need to be physically adjacent to each other.

It's safe to say the majority of players want it? What are you talking about... As it stands reading this forum post, I'd say it's split around 50/50, not enough to get you G.E. by current poll standards.
