OSRS isn't like the real 2007. There are significant differences to account for and you would realise this if you actually played the game.

Lol I could say so many things to insult you right now but I wont stoop to your stupidity.

Considering your total level and experience, I don't think you have anything constructive to contribute anyways.

Perhaps stop ranting and try playing the game, you will see why automatic trading is beneficial long-term.

Number 1 get a life.

Number 2 I HAVE played this game long term...probably longer then you and that is why long term it is BAD for the game.

YOU have nothing to contribute here except troll.

You haven't played OSRS long-term, as I already stated. If you had, you would reassess your primary arguments for opposing automatic trading. I don't think players who haven't traded extensively in OSRS have the necessary experience to discuss their views on the GE in an informed and productive manner.

I've noticed how you call people who don't agree with you trolls, but you haven't provided any persuasive counterarguments as to why automatic trading is not beneficial to the game.

Ive made over 2b merching do I have the experience to post my opinion? OSRS trading isn't the problem, people wanting everything in 1 second is the problem. Trading is part of the game and much like real life sometimes take a little bit of effort/time.

I'd like to see the results of a ge poll if total level is taken into account (similar to the recent surveys). I suspect that the majority of no votes would come from players with a total level below 1000, and I attribute this to inexperience, misconceptions, and archaic beliefs about what is "oldschool".

Will be voting no on all 4 of my accounts for Grand Exchange**** removes 90% of in game interaction and gives this game more of a solo-player feel. I can already see this game going the way of rs3...

What a ******* shame.
Okay great, only 1 vote will count anyway. Yeah AMAZING PLAYER INTERACTION IN THIS GAME HUH? "my w vest", "ty"

The bigger hit to player interaction comes from everyone being at the GE. If I wanted to go to the Seer's Village bank to fletch or WC, I can currently count on there being plenty of people there to talk to. Go take a look at that same bank in RS3; it's a ghost town. Same with just about every other bank that isn't the GE**** = less player interaction all the time for anyone that isn't sitting in the GE.

im only upset at the fact that a while back we had said no to the grand exchange and now everyone wants it out o nowhere, i for one like the rading posts, it keeps the nostalgia going because its still trading manually. Its exactly like posting on forums saying you want to buy / sell things, the only difference is that its in game, i would love for to update the posts themselves so i can use the post on any side of it instead of always standing in front of it.

I agree, trading post is good as is and keeps the old school feel alive.

Like you presented some sound argument? LMAO.

Your only argument is to say I dont have the proper levels to have a valid say. This game hasn't been out 2 years and you expect people to have lvl 80 in all skills or something?

Time to get of your moms basement and get some fresh air basement dweller.

Why is that effort necessary? What does manual trading actually accomplish? A harder game?

Frankly, I don't believe you've made over 2b OSRS from merching, and unless you can prove otherwise, I will just conclude that is a fabrication intended to enhance your credibility.

So i have to be a skiller to be heard? LOLWUT

You aren't a skiller or a PvM'r a 900 total level is less than 2 weeks on rs you obviously don't play OSRS and are here to just spew nonsense and fail at trolling.

And you are 1600 total, same could be said about you.

Everyones opinion matters, stop thinking you are better than everyone else.

Since you keep dodging my posts

Negatives of a Grand exchange- skilling becomes almost no profit, supplies crash, pseudo-rare items become basically free, Treasure trail items crash, Treasure trail rewards crash, things like brewing become even less money, merching will become even easier than it is now. (But people won't see that they are paying a higher price). The whole market will crash and items may return to the normal price but it will take a few months.

Positives of a Grand exchange- Nothing if you want easyscape play RS3 things should not be able to be gained in an instant with a GE it literally makes the game single player, with a Grand exchange you need 0 player interaction just a hey lets go click this and just automatically get what we need. It takes away from leveling skills because why work to be able to plant this herb, why work to catch that fish, why work to do anything when hey I can just buy it off the grand exchange in 1 second.

I argue that manual trading poses a needless inconvenience and limits many types of players. You think that manual trading is necessary for oldschool but haven't explained precisely why it is so important.

If you think that getting 2277 total in 2 years is difficult, you really are inexperienced at the game.
