option to implement a system on enchanting/crafting/mage.
1. ability to have a starting charge on ALL items when first enchanted
2. bring row teleport online, replacing grand exchange teleport location to varrock.
3. Add a enchanted (charge) for the onyx items, but with a twist on how it enchants. Make the quest available where theres a new mining element in the Ket-Dill quest cave where you mine stone slabs and the Ket that stands outside will also exchange tokkul for alot of onyx essence. For example 100 onyx essenence would charge the onyx item with its unique charge of 5. This onyx essence cannot be traded and can stack, but the charged items can be traded. Maybe also apply this to black mask for charge gain, and possible future slayer mask charges.
4. Ability to recharge dragonstone items by re-casting the dragonstone enchant spell only after talking to the hero's guild master and paying a relevant fee. (This should not apply to other gemmed items that degrade after use when their charges are dispensed, to maintain the gem/bar sink in the game.)
5. Ability to use smelt spell on enchanted rings, smelting them toghter, involves a two click process on each enchanted item to smelt toghter. (The reason for this is to combine the teleport charges of 1 item to another to save bank space. For example: duel ring A has a charge of 3 and duel ring B has a charge of 5, smelt both toghter get a charge of the max 8 on 1 ring sacrifising the other. If the charge is greater than 8 one of the rings will still be sacrifised leaving 1 ring with the max charge of 8. This can also apply to clay bracelets/forging rings.
6. Reverting the ring of stone to a more useful item instead of a absurd cosmetic item. Keeping the same name, but no graphic of changing your character into a rock. Making it true to its name make it a favorable item for tankers/defense people offering a decent amount of defense stats ONLY, no need for str boost theres a berserker ring for that.
