it should be toxic cloak and toxic based accumulator not helm. we have few varieties of capes than helms.

by the way why helm dont have negative melee stats? or where is helm for mage and range, why always forgetting mage/range when melee gets new item

They didn't forget mage or range. You could say they forgot melee...
Range : New weapon (spec comparable to SGS).
Mage : Attachment to buff existing weapons.
Melee : Armour piece.

They all have completely different rewards, but the melee item is the only one not related to a weapon. They mage attachments buffs the max hit by 3-4 iirc, the helm is +0.5 over a nietz.

Augury / Rigour would be nice and IMO they will be polled soon as a 'near miss'.
But removing melee content isn't the right way to go about it...

I feel like this would be too op. The only people that would be able to kill the boss, and make use of the items are basically people that are maxed. We need more items for lower-leveled players to make the game more appealing and have NEW players.

I like the idea, don't get me wrong. But I just have a strange feeling this might not turn out to be a good thing.

There's already loads of low level content...

How frustrating! Wasn't the idea of osrs to go back to oldschool?!? How come every few months there needs to be some new boss that drops more endgame equipment? Don't get me wrong, I love osrs and some of the new content they give us, but when every new boss that comes out has potential to change the meta of PKing, we're slowly losing what osrs used to be back in real 2007. Example, there was no staff of light in 2007, but now we have staff of the dead which is basically the exact same thing. This item has changed how high level highbridding works on osrs, that's undeniable. But does every new thing that comes out need to be THE BEST NEW THING? Like come on, what's the point of using oldschool pvp or pvm techniques if the best new stuff is all this stuff from a dev's wet dream that the players think they want? It's following the exact same path as real rs did back in 2007. More and more overpowered items come out, market becomes saturated by bots, it becomes impossible to play the game legitimately and still be successful, revert to an older snapshot of the game, rinse and repeat.

Let me elaborate by explaining how this changes PVP meta: I am now forced to buy some "antivenom" for an insanely high price and waste and inventory slot while PVPing worrying about some 12 year old with his new venomous staff of the dead he bought for *10. My bank takes a huge hit as does my PK style, and myself as a regular osrs player will not be able to afford the countermeasures to this venom crap for a very long time. Why reward/enforce real-world trading? Why saturate the PVP market with useless stuff like more effective ways to poison my opponent?
