Quick Points:
1) A poison that scales up shouldn't start at 6. There is no strategy there it is the strongest from its first tick!
2) Jad can be poisoned. There is a safe spot in Jad's room. There is no cap on the damage the poison scales up to. Think about how easy this makes Jad! People find shortcuts, easier methods and you are providing a despicable way to get a firecape.
3) The Toxic Blowpipe has fair stats and special attack. This is good.
4) Snake Fang: 15% bonus magic damage, 25 magic attack together is too strong. Magic is already accurate enough. We don't need that high magic attack with bonus magic damage in the same item!
5) Toxic Trident: Attacks 20% than any other staff, and has the same 1/4 chance of poisoning. Quicker hits = mean more chances of poison opponent. On top of that it gets 25 magic attack and increases base spell damage by 3! This is way too strong. We do not need something like this in the game.
6) Serpentine helm is too strong. Period. Plus 5 strength bonus AND defense bonuses on par with torag helm?!? What are you thinking? This is creating a standardized helmet for melee. No longer do you have to choose between strength bonus (neitznot) and high defense bonus (barrows helm). This helmet REMOVES strategic diversity.
