After reading through, the biggest thing I noticed was that really, there's still little incentive to kill the lava dragons.

First you got to make it to 45 wilderness, whilst risking items to kill a level 252 monster, I can hardly see many people banking the bones considering how long it takes to get up there.

All the other dragons that drop a visage are 10x better option to kill. There needs to be more incentive; I saw an idea last week to make it so when you bury the bones you get 500 exp per bone (but only when you are in the 'lava dragon' area).

This would mean killing 60 an hour would give 30k prayer experience along with the combat experience which I think is fine considering the risk you take.

Gilded alter would still be a better option, because who wants to run to and from the lava dragon area, carrying an invent of bones to bury, you would still get far more experience at the gilded altar per hour (as said earlier, can only use the bones for the exp boost in the lava dragon area, can't use on a gilded altar).

Im extremely diappointed about the first question

Question: Would you like us to upgrade the Wilderness to the basic level as featured in the latest developer blog called “Rejuvenating the wilderness 2”?

I am for about 50% of the updates from that dev blog, and against like 50%. If it's bulked as once question I'll be forced to have to vote no which would be sad because I liked quite a few of the updates, but didn't like a lot of others.

I implore you to split each section into a different question on the Rejuvenating the wilderness section. I'd hate to have to vote no when I like a handful of ideas there.


There are a lot of questions in this poll already and we felt that everything in the basic upgrade has been well received so we wanted to bundle them together.


I don't know about a majority but between my friends and clan, I got the idea that quite a few didn't like some updates, but loved others. I had some friends who loved 4 of the proposed updates, but hated the other 10 or so that there is.

I would just hate to have to vote no because it's easier to bulk them together. There is a lot of updates proposed in each and I'm sure most people are against at the very least 1 or 2. I'd love to have to option to vote for which updates I wanted than be offered a sort of package deal.


I agree, I believe that people would rather take the time to answer all the questions about the update individually because of so much being updated. I don't think that it will pass the 75% as a group. If the questions are split up then I think the majority of the questions will pass the 75%

3. With your new resource area, there is no incentive for anyone to use it but miners. Magic logs are a mere 1k each, and generally close to banks. Unless this place allows for faster cutting of noted magic logs or something to that effect, there will be no point in anyone cutting them here. Bear in mind that magic logs' prices are fixed by alch value, so increasing their supply won't hurt anyone.


Hmm, maybe not have all of the logs noted, but possibly 1/10 or 1/5 chance of cutting a noted log? Or of course the faster cutting speed works.

Question: Should the run energy icon near the minimap toggle your Run Mode setting when you click it?

Question: Should the prayer points icon near the minimap allow you to select some 'quick prayers' and toggle them on and off when you click it?

Question: Should the health icon near the minimap allow you to cure poison or cure disease when you click it, provided you have suitable items in your inventory?

Yea, this is a good idea. It basically rewards the player actually killing the dragons with decent prayer experience.

The Ranged Shield is the one that is OP, +12 range attack(3x the range attack of Eagle Eye Kite) and it has +32 mage def, more than a spectral. Given that it has 0 melee defence, but zammy book has 0 as well. All this will do is crash everyones zammy book(GF 2.4m). And it will be massively used at arma/sara GWD.

The Mage Shield is fine as far as PVM goes though.

I understand you're worried about making something OP, but that new staff just won't cut it lol.


If they just double the staff's max hit from 17-22 to 34-44 (maybe 40 instead otherwise a player could hit 50s without needing to use prayer) and increase the casting speed by 2 ticks, it would be significantly more useful, while still having a lower max hit than a whip.
