after reading what this whole winderness update. I can say i would despise about 85% of this update. hate everything they mentioned except for the wilderness pouch that allows you to pickup loot that would normally be invaluable compared to the items in your inventory you would have to rid of to pick up. seriously hate everything else i saw hate that entire map that i saw. hate the giant spiders and all that. please please save all that stuff for future rs3 updates. when osrs players like me talk about wanting wild to be a place like it used to be. we mean multi combat areas. last time(s) i pked in wild. wasnt too long ago at all. world 302 i remember single combat area had plenty of people (could use more) but not a problem. problem lies in multi combat being dead. with how horrible this update sounds to me (and im sure others) i really really hope you read my comments and try to go off of them or something. or just start over from scratch. i thought in the past revamping the wild (redesign, restructure the wilderness may bring life to it) but the way that it is being done i hate. also i firmly believe that the wrong people are on these forums supporting these updates lol. has to be rs3 trolls or something. good god do not ruin OSRS

If 26% of voters agree with you then you wont have a problem. I for one like most of these updates and I hate RS3. And no, I am not one of those RS3 trolls. I have been playing since 2006 and love that they created osrs.

Monsters a great way to encourage players to risk their weapons & armour in the Wilderness.-support that, can be profitable for pvm players and player killers making wild a more lively place

new bosses & demi bosses
-no ,against these updates. wilderness SHOULD have profitable options that will attract people but in my opinion less is more and this, to me. is too much at once.
Resources
- ENTS I think are a good idea, and as well as the NEW FISH . I wasn't one to ask for a food that heals 22/ don't mind. RED CHINCHOMPAS idea, I dont know about that. I think the risk of labor outweighs the benefit.

New activities
resource area -I dislike/Wont hurt
slow prayer recharger -I dislike/Wont hurt
thieving chest ~Interested in that idea. would like to see what its like :D

Other changes to the Wilderness
Non tradeable items -Good idea
Looting Bag -Great idea
Edgeville Lever -Neutral
Anti griefing mechanics -Yes~gotta hate them 1 item crystal bow'ers

Individual Wilderness Update questions
Teleporting from the KBD -Unfair to pvm players. No
Rune rocks -Players wont risk armour and weapons. Neutral
Fountain of Rune -No
Wilderness Ditch -No, people want ditch removed to lure. dont remove it/ no point.
GWD Dungeon -Yes
Kill statistics -Yes/Neutral
Lava Dragons -If people want prayer exp and it will boost wild activity. why not. yes.
Revenants -No need, wild will have people running through it at this point.
Single Way Combat -Yes
Limiting the worlds -Yes
Dropping tradeable items -Yes

Worked hard please look it over. Checked off things that I dont feel would hurt OSRS while sparking conflict in wild. All of above is my opinion. I feel the things I said "no" to wont benefit, or will hurt oldschool RS ~B3GONE's blueprint for success

I don't mind new armor and weapons being added, as long as they don't exceed the power of the best armor and weapons currently. Instead of giving them better stats than the last, give them their own unique ability or quirk.

Removing the Wilderness Ditch in my opinion would be a good move. Luring may be vile and ugly, but it's a part of the game like everything else, and makes RuneScape RuneScape. Don't get lured. Be smart.

Is there any chance at all of getting the older demon, dragon, giant, etc. graphics like seen in the image with three players fighting the greater demon? Thanks in advance!

I believe my altered stats fit much better into OSRS and would still be considered useful while not devaluing other shields. These would also reflect the mid-tier they're supposed to represent much better than the current stats. Please reconsider another nerf.

I'm not going to add much here... But I do have some thoughts...

To the people complaining about updates... You are being given the right to say no the same as everyone else, if you get outvoted, at least you had a choice. Be grateful of that. Also remember that any long lasting game like this should have updates. Or it will in fact die. If it dies at least it dies with having attempted to better itself. rather than being a cookie cutout that players maxed then got bored with.

To the wildy updates, sure, go for it, make them all specific questions, don't group, but make the wildy section an "optional" section for the people who rarely do all this pk nonsense you are speaking of. It doesn't pertain to me, why should my vote affect others playing experience.

Also, if you remove teleing out of KBD lair you will take away one of my most favorite PVM experiences. I am not risking getting a visage and then having to risk my void and vizzy upon leaving. That cruelty is unnerving.

Also, while I can understand this is a wildy revamp, why are there so many wildy bosses/demi bosses being thrown around while no other bosses?

Kraken staff has been talked about, same with range/mage shields, no reason to repeat everyone else.

And I really think craftable dragon armor is the only way you'll drag skillers into the wild. And I think it is a good suggestion since smithing and mining are useless skills in P2P. The max armor and mining capabilities being rune at 99 and most P2P players have goals much higher than wearing rune armor.... I still say make the bosses have a rare drop of dragon bars, make dragon bars high level smithing only with a smithing pot obtainable by these said monster bosses. Then you would have to go into the wild to get the pot, and the bars, and craft the armor/weapons on the special anvils. making a successful smithing trip of a full inventory a rather large loot for pkers. I have a detailed idea for this and will watch closely to see opinions.

I'm sure that the poll will soon be upon us, so I will take this opportunity to (probably one last time) re-emphasize some of the ideas I really agreed with throughout this thread:

1) Lava Dragons - Increase XP per Bones to 108 (1.5x72), add a southern exit to Lava Dragon Isle that requires 74 Agility (imagine the excitement as a Skiller frantically leaps over the lava, evading a clan of pures), and allow Red Dragons to be killed in level 35 Wilderness by replacing the Green Dragons there with them.

2) Crabs - I do not agree with making the heal amount OP, which is what other players have stated (keep it 22 HP). Instead, make them easy to catch (since they are small, after all) so that they can be both optimal in terms of XP and Gold. A catching speed somewhere between Shrimps and Lobsters.

3) Black Chinchompas - These should be implemented instead of the Red Chinchompas. My reasoning for this is that there is not enough incentive to train Hunter in the wilderness even with Red Chinchompas. Black Chinchompas would be about 15% stronger, would be much more rare since bots would struggle in the wilderness, and would therefore be much more worthwhile and profitable for legit players. Black Chinchompas would ideally have a Hunter requirement somewhere around 73 (Grey Chinchompas are 53 and Red Chinchompas are 63).

4) World Removal - 10 Worlds isn't enough. I would say remove at least 20 of them, and poll the deletion of PvP Worlds.
