I think that's the point. People are saying that Veracs is OP and doesn't need a buff but, I'm pretty sure the mods don't want to leave any sets out.

You realize barrows armor is better than bandos in defence right? My comaplint is that karils isn't better than armadyl in defence, but then again you shouldn't melee in armadyl so there's that.

Yes, let's keep F2P boring forever. Why should P2P be the only ones to ever see game updates?

A 5 second bind (or 2.5 seconds if mage pray) is enough for 1 hit and then they run again but have 3 seconds of immunity. They have immunity to the spell more often than they are even bound.
- 10 seconds would not make a huge difference.
- Fall in leaders can pick new piles even if they are bound (and they usually do).
- People learn to adapt
