Verac's set should get a 1/8 damage prayer siphon, making it very useful, considering the current +7 prayer on the amulet is completely garbage, since if i want prayer bonus I'll use a stole, and if I want best in slot I'll use fury(which comes without much of a penalty too.) Restoring prayer based on 1/8 damage isn't much, considering hitting a 40 would restore 5 prayer, and you can balance it more by rounding down always. Using a prayer siphon on veracs would make pkers more attracted because it could very well keep them from getting smited out. And obviously pvmers would like the effect for longer trips.

Further, I believe torag's set effect should be changed from run energy sapping to a 2 or 3 second snare, while keeping its increased attack speed amulet effect. This would make full torags a possible threat in pking, and provide good pvm stunning effects.

The run energy sapping is not a bad idea, but Karils would benefit more from it since it will reduce the enemy's ability to run away. (not that draining agility doesn't, it's just that reducing the run energy is a much more direct way.) Factor in the dividing damage and you've got a menace lighting you up.

I don't see why the teleblock was removed, nearly all the players who gave feedback on the other dev blog were against the f2p updates but stated they want teleblock implemented. I strongly agree it should be polled.

As for the amulet, no way in hell it will pass with a buff on dharoks and you guys are acting like it wont have a big impact on pvp with such quotes " Keep in mind that this would only take effect when the Dharoks axe is equipped and so would not be a persistent effect in most PvP circumstances."
I can tell you now, it will change the dharoks meta-game for sure with players camping axe more easily and a 1/4 chance to reflect dmg + veng. It will remove the need to use whip/shield and players will just use full dharoks especially vs non dharokers.

I will be surprised if the amulet even reaches 50%+

For every single person that says no to the ammy for dh you should consider this it is only 1/4 of 15% so this means if they get really lucky on the person in dh and hit a 100 wich I think is impossible but even so they would rebound 15 damage........ If you think that is op than so be it but I personally think that you just read what others said and agreed because that's what everyone does so im voting yes for the amulet of the damned.

change Buffs to this.

Dharoks: 1-4 chance to apply a bleed effect which starts at 4, can not double up with poison. ( this is a weak buff but still a buff )

Ahrims: able to auto cast ancients and wear a shield.

Karils: 1-4 chance to double hit, second hit applying half dmg

Torags: 1-6 chance to snare for 5 secs, when snare is apply increased attack speed by 3 seconds, only applys to torags hammers

Verac: 1-5 chance to steal 15 % of enemys prayer, ( creates a new pking gear woo ! )


Buffs are not op, fixs applied where needed.

Amulet stats on Verac's:10 att bonus, 3 def bonus, 6 str bonus, 10 prayer bonus
unholy amulet stats on Verac's:2 att bonus, 0 def bonus, 0 str bonus, 8 prayer bonus
Any stole on Verac's: 0 bonuses minus 2 mage att/def, but 10 prayer
Luckily the unholy amulet is cheap as dirt and non-degradable. The stole is a fairly high prayer level, but also very likely a lot cheaper than this amulet and again non-degradable. Did I mention that due to Verac's already in place special attack which ignores prayer and armor bonuses the attack bonus may or may not be worthless as it is?

A 5 second bind (or 2.5 seconds if mage pray) is enough for 1 hit and then they run again but have 3 seconds of immunity. They have immunity to the spell more often than they are even bound.
- 10 seconds would not make a huge difference.
- Fall in leaders can pick new piles even if they are bound (and they usually do).
- People learn to adapt


Yeah I also dont see the problem in yew short/long bows you could not hit higher it would be just a bit more accurate. Also mager's have no f2p gear except for the wizarrt top and hat which offer like no magic bonus.
