It wouldn't be the main drop but Corp could drop "flakes" similar to ganodermic beasts which would be used to make degradeable magic armor with similar stats to ganodermic gear. It would have high demand for use at corp, pking, and would be a healthy and consistent way to make money at corp.

Corp could also drop corporeal teeth that can be added to zamrakian spear and hastas giving them +10 or +20 increased stab bonus, with the teeth degrading after 10 hours of combat. The teeth would have high demand for use killing the corp, killing high lvl metal dragons, and make the hasta very accurate against someone using corp armor (first idea).

After some thought I'm not all that fussed over spirit shields though it would be nice to see the shields degrade and cost similar to what repairing chaotics cost. I think 50-100k/h for using the shield sounds fair.

How it should be introduced: No requirements but a mediocre quest. Why? This destroys the purpose of bossing to get money, to get better. With high-level requirements you'd have to get the high stats beforehand which defeats the purpose of doing the Corp beast at all.

Also it would hinder things like clan events.

As for the stats: Leave them as they are. Do not change them. If you want to pay 100m for an item that's only defensively good, be my guest. It would only have minimal applications in bossing and PvP.

If you can make it make sense I'd like accessing corp to require RFD fully completed, Swan Song, Dream Mentor, and possibly other hard quests. This way it'll stay a nice "reward" for questers and keep the low lvl ruby specers from killing corp at extremely low lvls.

Keeping it spears only may be a good idea since it'll near double the demand for zamorakian spears or people will pay a lot of money to constantly switch between them. On top of that having to use spears mean no shields - no people using spirit shields while doing corp (unless they're ruby specing).

Do people actually want Gano? It was kinda game breaking by giving melee a absurdly powerful anti magic set up.:\

How about a miniquest to gain access to it? Rather like the abyss miniquest. (You could add requirements to access the lair this way, to help stop looters etc.)

As for drops, imo Divine/Ely are a definite no. Spirit shield/BSS/Spec/Arc would all be nice additions though. It's health could be scaled down a bit, to suit the fact we don't have overloads/turmoil and to suit the lower-value drops.
