This is the only 'naysayer' who actually has an account that may be affected by the Corp. He has 1.5k total and 38mil xp.


But, only 1 out of 5 of these complete naysayers would be able to access the Corp, or even plays enough to be affected by the corp. PLEASE can we start thinking about changing voting requirements? If this doesn't prove that there's a number of low level accounts that vote no to everything, even though they obviously aren't avid OSRS players, I don't know what will.

We've denied 70% or more of the community now on several updates. A good portion of which are being demanded back on the suggestion threads and still talked about today. Please, for real, Gee Willikers, Golly Gee.

I'm not sure if I'd say that the best route to go is to reduce the percentage needed, but some sort of reform is definitely needed. I think upping the voting requirements to 1k total level at the very least would allow us to see if these low level accounts actually make a difference.

Original corp works for me, I was happy with RS until EOC. I've played RS since like 2003. That includes Summoning/ Graphics that we had before EOC so I support any improvements towards new bosses specially corp. I'm not sure if the shields would be "OP" for the current gameplay/equipment but a slight nerf wouldn't be a bad idea, i am okay with the original corp update. Hope it passes the poll :D

How should we introduce it?
- Minimum quest point requirement: (200+) I think this would be reasonable requirement due to the fact that its only 20 something more quest points then the Bgloves and most 'mains' strive for Bgloves eventually down the road it would push more people to doing just a tiny bit more questing for a High Combat Boss so that everyone won't be able to farm the loot that it will drop (assuming the drop table is reasonable).
- A new quest: I think adding a new quest that involves training a skill that makes the quest cape requirement a couple more levels to wear. (That prob sounds confusing, but i mean like.. Example: 50 slayer or 70 firemaking or even 60 prayer to be able to do the quest that grants access into the corp cave). Those were only examples of skills, I have no idea on what skills would make a good requirement for the quest.

What should it drop?
-Best in slot item: A maul of some kind that's like the chaotic maul attack animation. (I thought it looked bad ass anyways) Obviously not the chaotic maul, but something that's similar in a way (stats tweaked to the communities liking so nothing "OP" will be put into game) I would love to see more 'combos' in the wild, that's just me. :P
-Introduce Spirit Shields as rare drops OR Change stats and effects or Introduce specific Spirit Shields, are both very good ideas in my opinion either way make the spirit shields to not be as "OP" as they were in pre-eoc.

Also..
Just remembered watching some of the stream earlier and saw the difficulties the corp gave in OSRS. Like someone on the stream said; "this is hard without turmoil/summoning/overloads" etc. I think making him 'nerfed' so it doesn't require teams of 5+ to efficiently kill the corp beast would be nice. Still make him a really hard boss, just more "OSRS Style" More the challenge = more the fun. But try to make him enjoyable to the point where theres not a 95% chance of death while duoing at maxed stats.

I am happy with the voting system - mostly. I think the 75% and current level restriction is fair with any close failure more likely due with how the question was presented or the information in the dev blog (like no d-pick picture in the re-graphics poll, with the mark of grace passing I suspect due to the image given in the dev blog.

I don't want to go off-topic, but do remind you of a few factors:

-A handful of players who want Runescape 2 to remain Oldschool, who do have the requirement to create bias polls. 75% Is now a harsher # (76-80%)
-Jagex is currently in struggle with implementing updates and wasting time on their projects / blogs. All updates have pre-release Dev Blogs, Twitter Feed Hype, Surveys, Multiple Polls, etc... In the end, our players bash polls in fear of change to the game and waste the staffs time. Is it a wonder why they do these? Without them, everyone fears an update.
-There are several play styles within runscape: Bank Standing social players, PvM'ers, PvP'ers, Skillers, Clan Communities; to name a few. Along with these come a variety of harsh opposite opinion.

I.E: A PvP suggestion is polled. A few clans and all of the skillers deny it, because it does not benefit them. God forbid a poll came out supporting pures. It would be destroyed so hard, because they are their own little niche. This is not fair to the whole community.

I end all arguments about this here, it is off-topic. I do however, highly advise a debate in dropping the 75% poll system.

I support this fully. Dark Bow should be changed to have 0 effect on the Corporeal Beast, or better yet, a reflect mechanic. That will show the cheaters how it's done!

No spirit shields, we're not looking for a copy of pre eoc.
No cmb req, having 200+ qp should make it so low levels can't go there anyway.

Also add a Corp beast pet/minion
