The clarification is Jagex needs to milk the RS3 whales even more. Most probably have drained bank accounts by now and are gone and the few remaining need to be tapped into. Jagex 2019 New Year Resolution... MTX our customers until RS3 SERVER SHUTDOWN PARTY!
The RS3 Community is treated like :@ RUBBISH :@ due to constant TH promotions.

Don't buy keys on Treasure Hunter, if you do Jagex will only make more TH promotions :(

can't use perks in PvP. Lost Woods numba 1, (NOT EE, Those scrubs are liars ;p)

Are people forgetting virt gear could be bought if you just bought 3 bonds worth? could probally get wand/book legs and body and maybe the rest... 3 bonds away.

This set really is just a cosmetic worthless set. Lost Woods numba 1, (NOT EE, Those scrubs are liars ;p)
