So I godda say Draco is right about this one. As long as it's rc only, it is a profit source since rc can be directly bought with bonds. Each bond costs dollars to be in game to use, so whether you paid for it or not, the profit has been made from any bond used for rc's.

You can also buy rc with IRL money so thats even more proof thats it makes them profit.

It's not that difficult if you get into high level bossing, since you have the stats to do so. You can even use the money you make from bossing, for GE flipping/merching, and you'll have enough GP for 20 bonds in no time.

Absolutely no support for this.
Then when the 200M prize pops up you could literally just freeze everything and be guaranteed 200M. No way this would ever work.

TBH the xp-buying ship has already sailed. My only high rank (Hunter) was achieved just before "squeal of fortune" destroyed the hiscores irretrievably and forever. You can't fix that unless you hunt down every person who bought their high ranks and subtracted the amount of xp they bought. I play up to 16 hours a day but I will never have another high rank. For about a year I was rank 1 in Agility. I will never have that experience again on this game. There is no damn point removing xp stars and lamps now, unless you do it just before the launch of a new skill, so that maybe someone whose parents don't have barrels of cash can achieve something on this game. Most of the players I know who were honestly competitive have moved to Old School, but I do have that one good rank and over 2 billion total xp and don't feel like starting from scratch after nearly 16 years of playing this game. It's sad but YOU CAN'T FIX THIS, so why try? I feel sad that new players have so little chance at achieving high ranks without buying them. They will never experience the game the way I did. :(
