It certainly obviously means expect TH to be still there, if not more forms of MTX coing out, by the time when the membership price is raised in June.
Don't you see Jagex also give you the new rates on TH keys and Runecoins? It is obvious Jagex expect both TH an SGS will still be there by June. So be happy to continue to experience the wonderful joy from TH.

3 Free keys every day. Actually not exactly free since they come from my Premier Club package. Occasionally I may spend some gp to buy bonds and convert them to TH keys for some items I want to get a chance for, but otherwise I don't care at all if other people pay for TH either with real money.
To me, TH is just another piece of regular daily content. Not really great but certainly won't hurt anybody at all.
Oh actually I got more than 3 keys per day since I also get some extra from playing the game. I don't jump for joy definitely but the extra key just gives me extra items or xp just like the bonus drop from other activities.
