RIP any chance of me ever paying for anything again. I spent a lot of time and effort on multiple of my rare items that I otherwise would not have. Plus the Astromancer set took a lot of work to get, and i paid a lot of money for the extra credits at the end. Now its free. I feel rather cheated.

I feel like I was cheated out of my subscription too if I followed your logic.

I am a 18+ year near primordial veteran player who used to pay monthly subscription for a long time before Bonds made almost everything in this game obtainable from just playing the game.

Am I really "cheated" out of my subscription money? Not really just because I think my money was well spent, and in fact I am paying for almost everything with Bonds I got from playing the game now. It is absolutely fair to me actually. :D :D :D

Yet again, please show me where jagex stated that all sof/th items wouldnt ever return.

If you cant, then you werent "cheated" out of anything.

You chose to buy items under the pretense that they were "once and done" when infact that was blatantly false.

I think this 2 year Lifecycle plan is actually fair to both new and veteran players.

The veterans simply can't say they either paid for the game or its items in the past and demand Jagex to make them exclusive to them. It is simply not fair to the new players and will totally stop them from coming to this game.

Besides, these items are cosmetics and untradeable (at least for the first batch), they don't affect many people at all.

Many Sof/TH items have returned yes, but you were not able to get them by doing absolutely nothing. That's different now compared to other cases where you had to participate in the same promo (that returned) again or doing a different kind of promo to get ahold of those items. Another method was Vic. Remember the 2k credits for Ice Cone and flying goblin hats? What Jagex is doing now by handing out items for free is a joke. -_- Feel free to take a look at my suggestions: 200m xp prestige

It doesnt matter how you get them, jagex has every right to make them free like this if they so choose.

Also IIRC, Vic has never been stocked, yet, with the goblin hat so....

That's their choice yes, but it gives less reason using (wasting) your valuable keys now that Jagex plans to return items for free after they have been out for a few years. It's also kind of a slap in the face to those who already have them and now see every single player getting them w/o even doing anything.
