~ the Divine Shark Bubble could be developed in to a Divine Partyhat Bubble, or a Divine Partyhat Map Bubble, or a Divine Partyhat Map Shark Boss Bubble , etc.

These Divine Partyhat Bubble variations could be won on Treasure Hunter!

Of particular interest would be the " Divine Partyhat Map Shark Boss Bubble "

The Divine Partyhat Map Shark Boss Bubble would first be won on Treasure Hunter, then the player must have the fishing and combat level to fish the bubble and battle the Shark Boss to get the Partyhat Map!

Once the player defeats the Shark Boss and gets the Partyhat Map. click here , to check out the rest of Jokku's idea about how to hunt for the Partyhat!

So, let's think outside of the bubble, keep those ideas flowing, there's many awesome ways to release the Partyhats again, set them free! Free the Partyhats from the bubble! Burst the bubble and set the Partyhats free!!!

For The Win, support Partyhats on Treasure Hunter, burst the bubble, set them free! :D

You should apply to work at Jagex Jokku!!!

Your Partyhat Map is brilliant, it's very well integrated into the lore and skills of the game. And, it's got that amazingly awesome adventurous factor that captures the spirit of Runescape! :D

Support Partyhats on Treasure Hunter because it will help strengthen their funding, to reward the JMods with pay raises, and hire many many many more people to keep on maintaining and updating this amazing game that we all enjoy! :D

For The Win, keep those ideas flowing, keep those suggestions coming!

Hiya Blackwing, bit surprised that you're echoing the bubble of the flip/merch/investors, it's odd that you missed the point of the topic which is the suggestion of developing the Divine Shark Bubble into the Divine Partyhat Map Shark Boss Bubble.

~ Clearly, the bubble of flip/merch/investing Partyhats must burst because it's an overpowered leech mechanic.

~ perhaps you're referring to the Divine Shark Bubble?

Let me know what you think about this idea! Ftw, Partyhats on Treasure Hunter!!! :D
Cheers!

Only fair since they target every merch I do for the last 7 years to make sure they repeat it. Or delete it (wishing well seeds) or the first of the beach tokens. They removed then repeated them talk about double edge sword. Nothing Jagex can do here on out will make me feel differently about them.

The only players that will be affected really are the scammers. They'll scam a little less gp from someone if phats are more common.

EDIT: With Phats so expensive it even has made THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES to start scamming players in their own game. Jagex in general is truly evil and corrupt though so Phats on TH I don't think will happen.
Best wishes to all.

That would basically take 10b+ away from people who already own one. Personally, it wouldn't affect me if they were reintroduced but I'd wager that they won't be. It's unlikely they will end a trend that goes back almost two decades and potentially cause players to quit. They could possibly clean out every party hat currently ingame, and automatically compensate those players based on current street price, and then reintroduce them though.

Recovering lost Partyhats, or even adding more Partyhats, doesn't take anything away.

1. No one knows the value of the Partyhats, except that they alch for zero gold pieces.

The "street" price is prone to fabrication, it's artifical and it only describes an allegedly potential value, basically the "street" price is meaningless, Partyhats aren't worth billions.

2. Regardless of Jagex updates or not, all prices fluctuate.

Flip/merch/investors exploit this dynamic, allegedly listing prices to suit their profits.

But, everyone knows that prices fluctuate, so everyone should expect their high value stuff to suddenly crash regardless of updates or whatever else.

3. Products go on sale all the time all over the world. Some people pay full price but they benefit from enjoying the product earlier. Others wait for the sale at the expense of waiting for it to go on sale.

So nothing would is taken away because those who paid "full price" received the benefit of enjoying the product earlier.

~ potentially cause players to quit.

1. There's very few people with Partyhats, so it's a low risk.

2. I think those that would threaten to quit over a Partyhat are bluffing.

3. There's more to the game than just Partyhats, they'll be back the next day.
