Duel Arena or Sand Casino a problem? Yes perhaps it was in OSRS. That's why they were forced to remove item staking:

"Back in June we announced content changes we'd be making to the Duel Arena. To tackle odds staking (and consequently Real World Trading) at the Duel Arena, we have made the following changes. Players can no longer stake items; meaning only Coins and Platinum tokens can be used."


It won't matter though as we can all play TH and staking platinum everywhere with a RS and OSRS Client near you.

Re-rolling a clue scroll is "gambling" to some people too but it is not illegal gambling. So?

You can take your son to Sand Casino in OSRS or re-roll clue scrolls with him too but who cares as long as they are just "gambling" simulation and all legal.
