you pay for exp, the items are bonuses
if your looking for 200m gp buy bonds
if your looking for an outfit try solomons
if your wanting exp but waiting for a promo as an extra incentive use th
if you want to defy the game content use vic

What about cards and toys? You get to use them, its not like your life is depended on them, for example if you dont like math in school you cant just go on and buy pokemon cards to skip ahead do you? Try again.

No baby. You pay members for the game and mtx are extra, require no skill and are gambling due to the fact that Jagex is unable to do anything about their secondary gold market and regardless have the exact same mechanisms as harmful gambling and are aimed at children. On top of that they have been shown to cause harm.

Jagex has been told to get rid of their crap and sell their gold and xp directly but they decided to be scummy and lie about how they needed the money from the gambling mechanics to improve the game. Jagex was told to give players the option to toggle off mtx but they couldn't do it and now look at them. How are they going to bring out mobile runescape for 18+ when they decided to make runescape for 5 y/o's? How many people are going to verify their age to play runescape lol. How many people do they think they are going to retain now? There are already only a few thousand people playing at any one time. rs3 cant even compete with osrs. How are they going to compete when other games have no mtx and actual content?

Keep on repeating the same arguments that have already been rejected won't help at all.

isn't this dependent on whether you view th as a source of exp/bonus exp..
or if you see it as a source of a promotional item
or for a naff 200m (which is £40 if bought in bonds) rather than maybe hitting it once in upwards of 10k spins (a ridiculous way to try and make money when bonds are already available)

if your buying th keys for gp then lol

Of course Jagex have lawyers. That's why TH and all the MTX are running and running and running. No governments said otherwise.

Everybody gets free keys just by logging in every day. They can farm more keys in game without paying. Paying for keys is totally optional and no content from TH is blocked by not paying real money.

You think Jagex hasn't been challenged? Sure many haters did but they just failed because unlike a real casino or the likes of Big Fish Casino, there are totally free ways to get TH keys and most MTX items, and even more importantly there is no way to cash out.
