If blisterwood ashes also have properties against vampyres (the cure requires it after all), does that mean that if the ashes are used as a carbon source (along with coal ofc) when forging weaponry, said weaponry could possess some anti-vyre properties? Mods pls notice me

Presumably, water runes would be the basis for hydromancy, earth runes are the basis for geomancy, death & soul runes act as the basis for necromancy-.. So, assuming I'm correct,
why aren't blood runes the basis for hemomancy?

I'm guessing it's just game mechanic, or it's related to the difference between catalytic runic blood and ancient dark blood.
