Are there human colony worlds out there that developed more modern levels of science and tech due to lack of access to magic?

is Saradomin doing the governing of the Kingdom of Asgarnia?

If one of the other human kingdoms (*theoretically*) waged war on Asgarnia, would one of the gods currently in Asgarnia step in?
Namely, Saradomin? I imagine he wouldn't be too happy if his largest following started fighting amongst themselves - honestly I'm surprised he hasn't tried to take over the other human kingdoms by now, given his tendencies to """unite""" worlds under his rule, and how the kingdoms are already Saradominist. Mods pls notice me

Why do wights seem to be unaffected by things that affect other undead?
For example, the Salve amulet, Crumble Undead (when it was still in the game), and the Undead Slayer perk. Mods pls notice me

Magical leylines. It's a common fantasy trope -- do they exist in RuneScape?

The existence of the Heart seems to indicate some form of anima "blood vessels" through the world that could be thought of as leylines. I'm guessing places of magical significance (such as the runecrafting altars, the Crystal trees, anima craters, and Spirit trees) would be areas where these leylines cross paths and converge, if they DO exist. Mods pls notice me

Mahjarrat crystals (or mindstones, according to concept art). If they basically contain their soul and mind and stuff,
what would happen if you shattered the mindstone on a living Mahjarrat?
I'm guessing their magic (and maybe shapeshifting?) would grow unstable until they took the time to repair it, buuut ya never know. Mods pls notice me

Are all icyene naturally capable of lightning spells
, or is that just a common form of Saradominist magic that they tend to learn? Safalaan makes a lightning dome in Lord of Vampyrium while fighting Drakan, which is why I'm unsure. Mods pls notice me

Would Saradomin Strike have any extra effect on demons and vyres and the like?
In-universe, not necessarily in-game -- then it'd be a bit unbalanced compared to the other god spells of course. Mods pls notice me
